Each month begins with a new mantra, with each Saturday unfolding a little differently—mantra meditation, guided or silent practice, and opportunities for rest. Once per month, I, Shannon, will also offer individual energy work during class. The length and flow of this portion will naturally depend on the number of participants and what feels most supportive in the moment. This is included at no additional cost and is always optional, honored throughout.

Everything you need will be provided—bringing personal items (mala, mat, journal, pillows) is simply an invitation, not a requirement.
